Even during our free access period, all other terms in this agreement apply fully to your use of the Service.

All book summaries and content provided by Pace Up are created by our team in full accordance with applicable copyright laws and intellectual property regulations. Our summaries represent our own original analysis, interpretation, and commentary on published works.

Pace Up acknowledges the original authors and publishers of all works summarized on our platform. Our summaries are designed to be transformative works that provide critical analysis and commentary on the original texts, consistent with principles of fair use and other applicable doctrines under copyright law.

Pace Up does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The summaries and content provided are created with care but may contain inaccuracies or errors for which Pace Up assumes no responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
